Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped out Monday - Friday. This means orders placed between Friday - Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday/Tuesday.

During specials (sales, limited time events, etc.) and holidays, please allow up to 5 business days for processing before shipment.

For the initial launch we currently DO NOT SHIP outside of North America.

For orders addressed outside of Canada, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be due for payment upon the arrival of your delivery. If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to DEAFINE and we will refund you the cost of the order excluding shipping.
